It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother - CONG THI TRAN of Lethbridge, Alberta, beloved wife of the late Mr. Cuu Van Tran, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at the age of 93.  

MAISIE CHANDAHL ZAWYRUCHA, beloved wife of David and mother to Hayden and Mila, was born on September 13, 1982, and passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at the age of 42 years.

LATA GURUNG, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at the age of 87 years.

JEANNINE CHRISTINE KARRAS passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the Foothills Health Centre in Calgary, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. 

LYDIA MAGDALENA VACZY, of Lethbridge, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at Chinook Regional Hospital on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the age of 92 years.

UMA KANTA POKHREL, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Januka Pokhrel, passed away peacefully at home in Lethbridge, on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at the age of 89 years.

BRANDEN LEE TOTH, beloved husband of Vera Toth (née Wall) passed away suddenly due to heart issues at the age of 37 on Monday, December 9, 2024. 

Sheldon Edward Wells “Piihksahkii”, beloved father, grandfather and brother passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 12, 2024, in Lethbridge, AB at the age of 56 years.

It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of JOHN EDWARD RUSSELL, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, on Monday, December 9, 2024 at the age of 77 years.

On Friday, December 13, 2024, ROSALIA “ROSA” SCHAAFSMA (née Vujicic), passed away at the St. Michael’s Palliative Care Centre at the age of 74 years, after a year-long battle with cancer.
