Lanny was born July 25, 1950, and grew up in Webb, Saskatchewan. He was one of seven siblings, with three brothers and three sisters. He was known as the best soup maker around, and was a lifelong sports fan, faithfully watching every Toronto Blue Jays game.

Lanny was born July 25, 1950, and grew up in Webb, Saskatchewan. He was one of seven siblings, with three brothers and three sisters. He was known as the best soup maker around, and was a lifelong sports fan, faithfully watching every Toronto Blue Jays game.

He is lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife Connie, son Derek (Tamara), daughter Heather (Cole) and grandson Lukas, along with my others whose lives he touched. Lanny will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
