It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear sweet husband, Dad, Opa, and great-Opa, ANTONIUS “TONY” AUSTIE, of Picture Butte, AB, surrounded by family at St. Michael’s Health Centre on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the age of 93 years following a brief illness with lung cancer. He was the beloved husband of Maria “Mia” Austie.

ERNEST RUDOLPH HENDRICKS, better known as “Ernie”, beloved husband of Susan Hendricks (née Hudson) of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully and with his family by his side, on Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, at the age of 83.

KATHARINE KOGLER, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at the age of 94 years.

VERNA WHITLOCK, of Grande Prairie, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at St. Michael’s Health Centre – Palliative Care Unit on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at the age of 95 years.

JOAN NELLIE ANDREKSON, of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late George Andrekson, passed away peacefully, at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at the age of 88 years.

MAISIE “EDNA” WIEST, of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Roy Wiest, passed away after a short struggle, surrounded by family, at Buffalo Grace Manor, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at the age of 94 years.
