JERRY WOZNICZKO, passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre, on Monday, February 15, 2016 at the age of 62 years.

Visitation will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 - Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, on Saturday, February 20th, 2016 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Cremation to follow.
