Dear aunt Jetty, Please accept my sympathies with the loss of your husband Willem ‘Bill’ Poelstra. Aunt Janny called me to tell that he passed away. She is the only one left now from the 10 children of pake and beppe. Janny is 86 and in rather good condition. She still lives in Apeldoorn. Willem was my mother’s favorite brother, she liked him very much. I remember the many visits you paid to us. I wish you courage. Greetings from your nephew Erik Velhorst.
I have extremely fond memories of visiting your family with my parent; Henry & Grace. My dad would also have been 98 this past Christmas. Uncle Bill is having a Great Reunion right now…I can only imagine it!! May you find comfort & peace knowing this & that he is celebrating with Jesus!!
The memories from childhood visits with uncle Bill in Alberta are good ones! Please accept my Condolences for your loss while joining you in the memorial celebration of a long well- lived life of love and service. The peace of Christ be with you.
Hi Aunt Jetty. Love you and Miss you. Sorry about Uncle Bill. Glad He's singing with the Angels.
