Weisgerber, Joe

Our family is saddened to announce the passing of our father and grandfather, JOE WEISGERBER, on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at the age of 88 years. He went quietly in the night, at home, to be with previous loved ones who have gone before. 

Joe is survived by his children: Malcolm (Carol), Violet, Laurel, and David (Leo), six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, one brother Anthony (Yvonne), one sister Beatrice (Charlie) and many nieces and nephews. 

He was predeceased by his parents, three brothers, three sisters, one great-grandchild, two sons-in-law and his first wife, Faye. 

Joe was born in Prelate, SK, on October 7, 1934, to Anton and Anna (Meier). He had a wonderfully full life with a loving family around him. He made many friends through the years and always did what was needed to do. He will be missed. 

A Memorial Service will be held later in the summer.
