JOHN TINORDI, beloved husband of Hilda Tinordi, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the age of 82 years. John will be lovingly remembered by his wife, of 61 years, Hilda, daughter Debbie (Ken Masson), sons Bob (Cindy), Kim (Lori), Don (Toby), along with 7 grandchildren Brett (Eloise), Stacey (Kyle), Chris, Kaylee (Matt), Jennifer (Dustin), Chelsie (Aron), and Tyler; Great-grandchildren Kyndrie, Jase and Blake. Brothers Steve (Jean), Louie (Thea), Frank (Zita), sister-in-law Irene, brother-in-law John Dieser, along with many nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents Mike and Kathleen, brothers Joe and Mike, sisters Mary, Kaye and Helen. John was born on December 4, 1928 in Baracs, Hungary. He immigrated with his parents and two sisters to Spiritwood, Saskatchewan in 1930. They moved to Alberta in 1939. He married his wife Hilda on June 11, 1949. John retired from Alberta Environment in 1994. He enjoyed golfing and was a member of the Lethbridge Country Club for many years. A Celebration of Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 2:00p.m, with Pastor Jason Anderson officiating.
