CHOI HAN TAM "ANNIE", of Lethbridge, passed away at the U of A Hospital in Edmonton on Saturday, December 13th, 2014 at the age of 69 years.

Left to cherish the memory of Choi "Annie" are her children; Fred Tam & Sandy Tam, as well as her mother Chau Yuet Yip, Brother K.C. (Chong Kio) Yip, nephews Willie Yip, Bobby Yip and niece Holly Yip.

Besides her loving husband Hoi Sun Tam, Choi was predeceased by her father Bill Yip.

A Funeral Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME - 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, Alberta on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Yasuo Izumi officiating.

Interment to take place afterwards at Mountain View Cemetery.
