ALLENE K. SOLOMON of Lethbridge, formerly of Independence, Missouri, passed away at the Good Samaritan, Park Meadows Village, on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at the age of 91 and after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, Paul Solomon of Yuma, AZ, Richard (Donna) Solomon of Iowa, Stephen (Avan) Solomon of Odessa, MO, Thomas (Connie) Solomon of Kansas City, MO, and Kathi Solomon-Duda of Lethbridge as well as 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Allene graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute and became an incredible watercolor artist. She was a designing artist for Hallmark Cards prior to having children. She enjoyed being a full time mother and will be sadly missed by her family.

A Private Family Service will be held in Independence, Missouri at a later date.
