Shanda was born March 26, 1973 to Robert and Martha Green, the middle of three children. Lethbridge was always where Shanda called home, where she raised her family of three, and made deep impact on her community.
Entering the world of esthetics, beauty and skin care early, Shanda dedicated her life and career to helping those around her look and feel their best in their own skin and make their own mark of beauty on the world around them. Everywhere Shanda went and in every life she touched, she left an imprint of beauty, love and laughter.
Family is what mattered most to Shanda, and her children were the source of deep purpose and joy. Shanda raised one son and two daughters: Grayson Tyler Luke (26), Danica Angelina (23) and Nadia Arianna (17), all of Lethbridge.
Shanda began her fight with Ovarian Cancer in July of 2022. She faced this battle with fierce and fearless resiliency, refusing to allow it to shadow her ability to spread her passionate, bubbly, and radiant love and energy to the lives she was able to touch each day.
On the morning of Tuesday, February 13, 2024, Shanda went home to be in the eternal presence of her redeeming Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, while surrounded by her family.
Shanda was survived by her children: Grayson, Danica and Nadia; parents, Robert and Martha Green of Lethbridge; her sister, Kindry Khattab (Mohamed, and six children) of Flower Mound TX, her brother Jason Green (and two daughters) of Calgary AB.
The family suggests considering in lieu of flowers, a donation to assist her children in the costs of the funeral. All donations can be forwarded to Cornerstone Funeral Home (e-transfer to care@cornerstonefh.ca)
A Funeral Service will be held at the THIRD DAY CHURCH 90-55 WT Hill Blvd South, Lethbridge, AB on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 11:00 A.M.
Shanda will be laid to rest in a private Family Graveside Service.

Shanda was remarkable. She was a true friend and helped me in every way to become the woman I am today. Shanda only ever saw the good in everyone else and she was truly the optimistic kid-hearted ray of sunshine we all aim to be. Every person she met was made better because of her. We have lost a true angel, and I know she is looking down on us and continuing to give her everlasting love. Condolences to her kids, they had a mom that was a mom to so many others too. Sending love and hugs to the entire family during this time.
Shanda helped me feel more confident in myself in a time I was at my lowest. Thank you for everything Shanda, I really am going to miss your presence in this world.
Can't believe this has happened. Shanda was such a great and nicest person. Always helping people to look their best. She will never be forgotten. Condolences to her family. I will miss her dearly.

Shanda i miss you already and can't imagine this life without you. You are one of the most beautiful people I've been priveledged to know.
Shanda and I first met at Postnatal Class over 26 years ago. We immediately bonded over our love of fashion and high heels. She had the kindest heart and was always so bubbly and upbeat. Rest in Peace my beautiful friend. You will be missed.
Bob and Martha. We were so sorry to hear about your beautiful daughter. We wish we had more than just these words to let you know how we feel.
I’m deeply saddened by this news. I have many fond memories of growing up in the 80’s with this beautiful soul. Shanda was kind, funny, and genuine and had such great style! Her smile would light up A room. Rest in peace Shanda. ♥️
I am so sorry to hear of Shanda’s passing , have loved her as a young girl . My thoughts and prayers are with her children and family .
We are all so sorry to hear about your mom. Our thoughts and prayers are with you
Shanda, you will forever be in our thoughts. It must have been difficult not only physically but having to struggle with your emotions of "why me?" It wasn't fair, and we grieve for you and your family. You're finally at peace and we are only consoled in thinking that death is a transition to a better place. Much love Chuck and Leydis.
I am so saddened by this news, Shanda was such a beautiful light and I always enjoyed our visits when I saw her, RIP beautiful.
When I think of Shanda I immediately see her bright sparkling eyes, and her childlike smile that was infectious. From Jr High to adulthood we had many conversations that always ended with a laugh, a sincere “great to have seen you again” and I will always remember Shanda as a gentle woman with a fierce presence. Face of an angel and a beautiful energy.
