I was very sorry to hear of Uncle Manfred's passing. Although we haven't stayed all that close, I remember him with such fondness. Manfred always seemed to be happy, although I am sure that wasn't the case. Nonetheless, Manfred almost always had a twinkle in his eye and was ready to have a laugh. I wish I could attend his celebration of life, but it isn't possible. As such, let me offer my deepest condolences and sympathies to Bobbi, Anita and Dan, Andrew, Tiffany, Kyson and Willa, and to the rest of Manfred's family and friends. He was a good, decent man, and he will be much missed.

Sincere condolences to Andrew, Anita and family. I have many fond memories of junior high with your dad! He would mix my sister and I up a little, or maybe not. But would speak german to me expecting a response. He was perhaps trying to lure me out of french!

To the Schuchardt family I send my condolences. I was sad to read the passing of Manfred. I had Manfred for German class when I went to Churchill in the early 90's. He was such a great guy and a teacher I will never forget. Many of my high school classmates I still keep in contact with that had Mr. Schuchardt as a teacher also send thoughts and prayers to the family as well. That is a sign of a good teacher and a great person that 25 years out of high school you still remember the people that help shape your future. In the years after high school I would run into Manfred from time to time usually at the lotto booth looking for that lucky ticket for the weekly draw. I don't know if Manfred ever won the lottery, but I do know that he made the lives richer of the students and people he had come into contact with him over the years. Rest In Peace.
