Scharf, Gordon William

GORDON WILLIAM SCHARF, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Denise North Peigan, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the age of 48 years.

Besides his loving wife of 30 years, Denise North Peigan/Scharf, Gord is survived by his two beautiful children Joey (Kirsten) North Peigan and Chelcia North Peigan as well as his five grandchildren: Chloe North Peigan, Winter Big Bull, Ryder Horn, Kessler Shade and Stryder Big Bull. His First Grand daughter (Chloe) was his best friend. Gordon was also survived by his father Curtis Scharf and siblings Mike Scharf, Don (Jan) Scharf, Deb Scharf and Dwayne Scharf.

He was predeceased by his mother Lillian Scharf.

Gordon was educated to Grade 11 in high school in Mississauga, Ont. In 1989 Gord moved to Alberta, where he met his best friend and devoted wife, Denise North Peigan. Together, they share two beautiful children. Gord was employed at Triple M Housing for the past four years, he spent most of his time framing, he could do just about anything with wood.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A Wake Service will be held at PARK MEADOWS BAPTIST CHURCH, 2011 - 15 Avenue North, Lethbridge, AB, on Friday, July 6, 2018 from 12:00 Noon to 5:00 P.M.

A Funeral Service will be held at PARK MEADOWS BAPTIST CHURCH, on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Charles Old Chief officiating.

Cremation entrusted to Cornerstone Funeral Home.
