It is with great sadness we announce the passing of HELEN EMILY ROSSETTI (nee Hegy), at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at the age of 89 years.
Helen is survived by her four children: Diane Rossetti, Lowell (Mary Ann) Rossetti, Brian Rossetti (Rita Poruchny) and Patrick Rossetti; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Ed Rossetti.
Helen had a free and independent spirit her whole life and lived in the moment. In early years, she was into fitness and worked at Woodwards and Holiday Bowl.
Helen was part of the five-pin bowling community and bowled for many years. In 2000, she coached an Alberta Master Bowlers Association Seniors Team to a gold medal at the Canadian Championships in London, Ontario.
We would like to thank everyone's efforts and kindness at the Chinook Regional Hospital as well as her friends and staff at Cottage six at Park Meadows Lodge.
Helen will be missed by her family and many friends.
At Helen's request, no formal funeral service will be held.
