Robert (Bob) Ashmead of Lethbridge, Alberta passed away April 1, 2014 at the age of 67. Bob is survived by his brother Gary (Pat) Ashmead, son Jon Christopher (Tanya) Ashmead, daughter Robin (Len) Ashmead-Melvin, as well as his granddaughters Kalyka and Alexandra Ashmead. Bob was predeceased by his parents Sidney and Jessie Ashmead of Lethbridge.

Bob will forever be remembered for his artistic talents in painting and woodcraft, his enthusiasm for his Yankees, Cowboys and Canadiens, as well as his unbounded sense of humor.

At Bob's request, there will be no funeral. The family will hold a private memorial to celebrate his life.
