HENRY (HERONIM) RAMOTOWSKI, beloved husband of Nadja Ramotowski, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Edith Cavell Care Centre, Lethbridge on Tuesday, March 20th, 2012 at the age of 93 years. Henry was born in Ramoty, Poland on July 9, 1918. He came to Canada in 1947 after fighting in WWII. He married Nadja on November 20, 1949.
He is survived by his wife Nadja, daughter Jenny (Frank), his son Danny, his nephew Joe (Irene) and their family, as well as many relatives in Poland. A Prayer Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, on Friday, March 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2405 - 12th Avenue South, Lethbridge, on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend John Kohler officiating. A reception will follow at the church hall. After the reception, interment will take place in the Temple Hill Cemetery, Raymond.
