KENNETH JOSIAH PIERRE in his 95th year most recently of Lethbridge, Alta. passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at home amongst his loving family.

Certainly the end of an era for his many relatives. The last of his generation. A very principled man. Always eager to devise repairs of anything. Lover of card games and board games. Many restaurants near and far will miss his many visits that resulted from his most enduring love — dining out! A persistent pursuer of travel as much as his age and health would allow. Life's joys were achieved and challenges overcome by decades of notable strengths and endurance.

Kenneth lived a life that was a balanced and fulfilling as a millwright and a devoted lifelong companion to Dorice, his predeceased wife of over 68 years. An example of love and dedication that will serve his family for many decades to come.

He will certainly be missed by his son David, daughter Karen, son Robert (Patricia) and son Kevin (Debi), as well as grandchildren Tyler (Belen), Andrea, Garrett (Karlie), Ryan and Lara, and great-grandchildren Kenneth and Lucy of whom he was so very proud. Charlie—his 14-year-old Bichon Frise—is now lost without his constant and personal companion.

He is predeceased by his parents Hilary and Edna, sister Olive and brothers Wally and Babe.

A memorial is to be held at a future date to honour his life and memory.
