JAMES "JIMMY" IRVINE PICKERING, of Red Deer, AB, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital, on Thursday, January 8th, 2015 at the age of 63 years.He will be greatly missed by his parents Irvine and Evelyn Pickering, as well as his siblings Jean (Frank) Fudra, Ken (Linda) Pickering, Ray (Michelle) Pickering, and Dale (Cheree) Pickering. Jimmy is also fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.A Celebration of Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME - 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, Ab on January 15, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Bob Wallace officiating.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jimmy's name to the Canadian Down Syndrome Society - Suite 103 - 2003 14 Street NW, Calgary, AB, Canada, T2M 3N4Jimmy's family would like to thank the staff of the Michener Centre and the Red Deer Regional Hospital for their genuine and dedicated care, you will never be forgotten.
