It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of HAROLD EUGENE McCORMICK, formerly of Springhill, Nova Scotia, a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Harold passed away peacefully, at Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge, Alberta on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at the age of 77. Leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.  

It is with great sadness that I, Anne Szalavary, announce the passing of my beloved husband, JOE “LITTLE JOE” SZALAVARY, on Friday, September 27, 2024.

NAOMI “AMY” BERTHA GAJDOSTIK (née Loewen), passed away at Legacy Lodge on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at the age of 82 years.

FRANCES GAIL VANDERBEEK, passed away peacefully at the Park Meadows Good Samaritans, with her children at her side, on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the age of 86 years.

OLE HAMMERSTEDT, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of the late Clara Hammerstedt, passed away peacefully at St. Therese Villa on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at the age of 97 years.   

SOPHIE DIANE ROTH, of Lethbridge, AB, beloved wife of Anthony “Tony” Roth, passed away surrounded by family, on Monday, September 23, 2024 at the age of 70 years.

KRISTINA “TINA” AYOTTE, born May 24,1979 in Burnaby, B.C. Tina passed away surrounded by her family and friends, on Monday, September 9, 2024 at the age of 45, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

The Lord of heaven and earth has seen it wise in his counsel to take our loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-grandfather to his heavenly home.  

JOZSEF “JOSEPH” FAZEKAS, of Picture Butte, beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Monday, September 16, 2024 at the age of 87 years.
