ETHEL MAE O’HARA, beloved wife of the late Thomas James “Jim” O’Hara, of Bow Island, formerly of Milk River, passed away at the Bow Island Health Center, on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the age of 90 years. Ethel is survived by her son Elroy (Edith) and their children Todd (Rita), Kelvin (Lori) and Kim (Scott) MacDonald, great-grandchildren Bryan (Kristen), Karmen (Kevin), Meagan, Emily, Jordan, Darian and as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ethel was predeceased by her daughter Shirley, parents Chester and Florence Chambers, five brothers Milton, Harold, Merrill, Lloyd, Alvin and one sister Vivian. Ethel was born on May 3, 1921, in the Masinasin Area. On November 16, 1940 she married the love of her life Jim O’Hara. Together they celebrated 70 years of marriage. A Funeral Service will be held at the MILK RIVER CIVIC CENTER, 321-3 Avenue NE, Milk River, on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 2:00 P.M., with Reverend Mary Young officiating.
