PEARL EDITH NEITSCH passed away quietly at Extendicare in Lethbridge on Saturday, January 16, 2010.
Pearl was predeceased by her husband Otto, and grandson Trent.
She will be lovingly remembered by daughters Jeanette (Bob) Ouellette of Pine Lake and Debbie (Jack) Burger of Lethbridge; grandchildren Trevor (Quenie) Kuzio of Malaysia and Carla (Tim) Nathan of Texas; great-grandchildren Wyatt, James, Shallon and Tenzie.
Pearl married Otto in 1940 and together they farmed for almost 40 years, first in the Warburg area then near Redwater, forging a multitude of lifelong friendships. Retirement saw them traveling, camping, fishing and visiting from coast to coast and top to bottom of the country.
Pearl could perform magic with sewing machines, knitting needles and crochet hooks. She bowled a mean game and absolutely loved to dance. She had an amazing sense of humour and really enjoyed a good laugh.
Friends and family are invited to the WARBURG LEGION HALL on Saturday, January 23rd, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. to remember and celebrate her life.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pearl’s memory to your local Alzheimer Society or to Memory Lane, Extendicare Lethbridge, 1821-13th Street, North, Lethbridge, Alberta, T1H 2V4.
