It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of MRS. NITA RETZLER, at the age of 88 years, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the Chinook Regional Hospital. Mom was predeceased by her husband Mr. Robert F. Retzler, and grandson Robbie Burton.

Left to mourn are her daughters Berny (Rick) Vaile and Sheila (Bob) Burton, grandchildren Rick Jr. (Tracey) Vaile, Cindy (Troy) Gibson, Pierrette (Dave) Burton, and Paul (Wendy) Burton, great-grandchildren Nicole, Kimberly, Micheal Vaile, Alexandra, Jessica Gibson, Matthew, Samantha Burton, Xylin, and Jayden Burton.

Berny and Sheila would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of the staff and residents at Golden Acres Lodge for the care and friendships and family environment mom called home. She loved it at Golden Acres.

A Big thanks to Dr. Cal Stewart for the time he spent caring for mom. And to all the nurses on 5A, at the Chinook Regional for their care and helping us with mom.

At the request of Nita no funeral service will take place, private cremation to take place at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, where she will be reunited with her husband Bob.
