ANNE MOTYCKA passed away at St. Michael's Palliative Care Centre on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the age of 92 years. 

Anne was predeceased by her beloved husband John. 

Anne is survived by her seven children, Garry (Leslie) Motycka, Karl (Josje) Motycka, Ron (Rina) Motycka, Francie Martin, Jean (Greg) Kautz, Judy Collett, and John B. Motycka; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren as well as brothers Frank (Agnes) Machacek, Martin (Anne) Machacek, and John (Margo) Machacek; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

Anne touched the lives of all those who knew her and our time with her was treasured. She accomplished much in her life, including being active in her church and community. 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2405 - 12 Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB, on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Kevin Tumback celebrating. The Funeral Mass will be live-streamed and may be viewed through Anne's obituary on the Cornerstone website.

Following the Funeral Mass, Anne will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband John, in Mountain View Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Anne's name to the Canadian Cancer Society (www.cancer.ca) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation (www.heartandstroke.ca).
