GERALDINE ("GERRY", "DEAN") MORRIS, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2020 at the age of 89.
GERALDINE ("GERRY", "DEAN") MORRIS, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2020 at the age of 89.
Gerry was born on May 11, 1930 in Portage la Prairie, MB to Gerald and Olive Moyse. She married Eric Joseph Morris, who was with the Canadian Armed Forces and started his service in Korea. Eric and the growing family served throughout Canada and Germany with various Royal Canadian Horse Artillery Regiments for over 45 years.
Gerry is survived by her husband, Eric, and their sons, Rick (Deborah), Grant (Marilyn), Brent (Lisa), and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Gerry was the eldest of her siblings, and she was predeceased by her sisters, Dorothy, Dib and Beth, and her brother, Grant.
A Private Family Service will be held, and a Celebration of Gerry's Life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated: www.alzheimer.ca/en/donate.
