Joan Muriel Morgan passed away on February 2, 2022 at the age of 94. She leaves her loving husband of 49 years William (Bill) Morgan and her daughters Karen (David) Carter and Joanne Compton as well as six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Martin Compton and great-granddaughter Nora Demarty. 

Joan was a school teacher in Lethbridge for many years and enjoyed curling and golfing at Henderson Lake. Joan and Bill had many lovely holidays in Hawaii and Mexico through the years. Joan was a wonderful mother and devoted gramma and great-grandmother and will be dearly missed by her extended family and many friends. The family wishes to thank Home Care and the staff of Edith Cavell for their excellent care. 

A family gathering will be held at a later date.
