MR. MICHAEL TKACHUK, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Katherine Tkachuk, of Lethbridge, AB, passed away at the Extendicare Fairmont Park on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the age of 97 years.
He is lovingly remembered by his two daughters Beverly Hutton and Valentina Tkachuk.
The family wish to thank the staff of the Extendicare Fairmont Park for their exceptional care to their father.
A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
