It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce that Uncle Jimmy passed away on Sunday, April 10/16 in the afternoon. He is still alive in our heart and minds. Uncle Jimmy is survived by many family and friends. Flowers are gratefully declined; instead get yourself a Sambuca and have a cheer to Uncle Jimmy; He would have wanted it that way. A celebration of his life will be held later in the middle of May/16. I am sure that Uncle Jimmy would have liked to say Thank-You to everyone.

I was Jim's stepson since 1972.. I was 8 when jim came into my life and my mom Helen.. I gave so many great memories of our life together.i wish they hadn't moved to Alberta from bc when they retired back in 1992.but I had great visits with mom and Jim when I went to see them..jim and I had some good times fishing the lakes in alberta.good drives in the farm fields out there too.. he meant so much to me I will miss u very much Jim..thank u for the great memories u left me...u will always be in my heart..and thank u for showing me Waterton lakes...I will be back there soon.and I will be thinking of u and mom...... love u man.. your son Dave

We were both very sorry to hear about Jim. Jim and I roomed together many years ago and worked together at Western Canada Hardware, he was a great guy! He came out to our place a few years ago and we had such a great visit. We send our condolences to all of you.
