DORIS WINNIFRED MCINTOSH of Lethbridge, AB., passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at the age of 82 years.
DORIS WINNIFRED MCINTOSH of Lethbridge, AB., passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at the age of 82 years.
Doris is survived by her grandson, Cameron McIntosh and brother Robert Lenz. She will also be deeply missed by her dear friend and caregiver, David Lalonde.
Doris was predeceased by her parents and son Donald.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, July 6th, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the family plot, Archmount Cemetery with Pastor Thomas Peterson officiating.
Those wishing to attend should meet at the Cemetery Gate: 2650 Westside Drive West, Lethbridge Alberta, by 10:45 A.M.
Cremation entrusted to Cornerstone Funeral Home.

Doris lived at St. Therese Villa for the last years on the same floor as my mother. I spent time in the dining room after supper working on puzzles as Mom slept. Doris spent a lot of time in the dining room, too. We had pleasant conversations there and I loved her smile and her laugh; her positive attitude when asked how she was doing. "Hanging in there." or other phrases. I didn't know that she was gone until the staff posted her obituary. I'll miss meeting her there. Kathy Ciesla

I had the pleasure of working with both Doris and Darlene at the Canadian Cancer Society for many years and appreciate all that they did for the fight against cancer. I am deeply sorry for your loss and wish I could attend the graveside service to pay my respects however we are out of town. Take care and know my thoughts are with you all.
