DORIS WINNIFRED MCINTOSH of Lethbridge, AB., passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at the age of 82 years.

Doris is survived by her grandson, Cameron McIntosh and brother Robert Lenz. She will also be deeply missed by her dear friend and caregiver, David Lalonde.

Doris was predeceased by her parents and son Donald.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, July 6th, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the family plot, Archmount Cemetery with Pastor Thomas Peterson officiating.

Those wishing to attend should meet at the Cemetery Gate: 2650 Westside Drive West, Lethbridge Alberta, by 10:45 A.M.
