Mary Entz
Born in 1936, Mary grew up on New Elm colony, and married her beloved husband Elias Entz on June 15, 1960. She served as the head cook of New Elm Colony for 16 years, and she loved every minute of it. In 2002, Mary, along with her husband, moved to Coalhurst after being born again and accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She loved reading her bible each day and attending church every Sunday. Her family meant the world to her, and she loved each and every one of them fiercely.

I have just learned of Mary‘s passing. Feeling a mixture of heartache for all family and friends who loved and will miss her -and such joy for her. She will be reunited with her beloved husband and her beloved Lord. I will miss her warmth and her absolute pleasure at the simplest things. Mary was a joy to visit with. She never hesitated to offer me her wisdom or share her deep love and gratitude for all of her life’s Blessings- mainly her beautiful big family. I hold you all in my prayers as you grieve this wonderful matriarch.
