PHYLLIS "PHYL" MANTLER, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the age of 83 years.

A Memorial Reception will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 - Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, on Tuesday, April 5th, 2016, from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. Words of Remembrance will be presented at 2:30 P.M.

In memory of Phyl, contributions may be made to the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation, 960-19 Street South, Lethbridge, AB., T1J 1W5.

Our thoughts and Prayers are with you all Phyllis will be missed.

I am truly saddened to hear of Phyllis' passing. I met Phyllis through my involvement and membership with the Lethbridge Fish and Game Association. I became involved with the executive of the organization with her encouragement, and could always count on her for support, guidance and advice during my time on the executive. I will always count her as an amazing mentor who was a kindred spirit and a lover of the outdoors.
