Nick, beloved husband of Sandra (Sandy) Lodge (Percy) passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the St. Michael’s Health Centre, Palliative Care, Lethbridge, AB.
In addition to his soulmate, Sandy, Nick is survived by daughters Katherine Lodge-Childs and Maureen Lodge of Nanaimo, B.C.; four granddaughters; Laura, Megan, Jessica and Rebecca; brother Ronald of Dauphin, MB., and family, Rick, Mark, Tim & Valerie; brother Michael, sister-in-law Marlene of Lasalle, MB., and family, Matthew, Colleen and Stacey; sister Joy of Lac du Bonnet, MB., daughter Debbie and nieces Coralee and Roxanne and nephew Jim; brother-in-law Edward Percy and wife Eleanor of St, John’s NL.; nephew Ken Percy, wife Darlene and children, Owen and Rebecca of Spruce Grove, AB.,; and nephew Adam Percy and fiancée Elizabeth Kaiser of Moncton, NB.
Nick was predeceased by his son Nicholas, sisters Joanie and Eileen as well as sister-in-law Pearl.
Cremation has taken place, a Memorial Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Church, 917 - 4th Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB., on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 11:00 A.M.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Owen Ukrainetz and Dr. David Holland as well as the nursing staff of the Chinook Regional Hospital and St. Michael’s Palliative Care.
