LILLIAN EDEY, of Lethbridge, beloved wife of Gordon Edey, passed away at the Foothills Hospital on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at the age of 68 years.A Visitation will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.A Funeral Service will be held at PARK MEADOWS BAPTIST CHURCH, 2011-15 Avenue North, Lethbridge, AB., on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Del Bertsch officiating.

Gordon, I was deeply saddened to read of your loss and heavens gain. Lillian was an amazing person who has always been my standard of a fun loving Christian example. Her sense of humor was always the best. I think of you all often and pray the Spirit gives you peace, rest and comfort.
I was saddened to hear of Mrs. Edey's passing. She was a wonderful and faithful servant and her legacy will live on in so many children and families she helped. I pray for God's peace for everyone who was close to her.
We are saddened to hear about Lillian passing away. We know that she is now on the biggest adventure of her life. I just wish we could receive letters, her letters were always so enjoyable. Our hearts are with you as you grieve.
