It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of SHIZUE (SUSIE) YAMAGISHI, of Lethbridge, on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at the age of 105 years. She was the beloved wife of the late Yajiro Yamagishi. Susie will be missed by her family; Bill (Jane) Nishijima, Kiyo (Toki) Nishijima, Don (Maureen) Yamagishi, Lloyd Yamagishi, Rick (Terri) Yamagishi, Marj (Kaz) Tomomitsu, Irene (Paul) Rohrer, and a special son Taka (Mitsue) Kinjo.

WILLIAM BASIL YOUNG passed away with loved family at his side on September 6th of 2014 at the age of 85 years. He is predeceased by his first wife Vera, and second wife Edna, his parents Michael and Olena, his brother Johnny, sisters Elizabeth, Anne, Mary, step brothers Louis, Jack, George, and grandson Kelly. He is survived by his son Ron (Bobbie) Swinney, daughter Carol (Darryl) Leavitt, 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren and his good friend Vivian White.

ANTHONY (TONY) VINCENT YACKULIC, beloved husband of the late Marjorie Yackulic passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, March 25, 2013. at the age of 88 years. He is the proud father of 6 children and spouses and was even prouder of his 17 grandchildren. Sylvia (Irving) Armstrong, Larry (Lindy) Yackulic, Dorothy Niewendyk (deceased) Rudy Niewendyk, Colin (Evelyn) Yackulic, Brent (Theresa) Bauer and Nancy (Fred) Munrow. Tony was born January 30, 1925 in Lethbridge, Alberta.

YACKULIC MARJORIE “MARG” YACKULIC, passed away at the Edith Cavell Care Centre, in Lethbridge, on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the age of 88 years. Marg was born March 9th, 1924 in Whitley Bay, Northumberland, England, to Thomas & Winifred Atkinson. She came to Canada with her family at the tender age of 5. They settled in northern Alberta, coming to Lethbridge in 1943. Marg and Tony were married in June 3rd, 1948 and would have celebrated their 65th anniversary this year.

YEI YOK CHAN, beloved wife of the late Mr. Bing Koon Chan, of Lethbridge passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Monday, September 28, 2009 at the age of 85 years. Born, raised and educated in China, the late Mrs. Chan came to Canada in 1965 and to Lethbridge with her husband. Yei Yok continued to reside in Lethbridge until the time of her passing She is survived by her six children, Greg, Tony, Jeff, Tim, Amber and Angel; five grandchildren; one brother James Jang of Vancouver and numerous other relatives.

MR. ROBERT “BOB” ALLAN YORGASON, beloved husband of Mrs. Edith Yorgason of Lethbridge, passed away at the St. Michael’s Health Centre on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the age of 84 years. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by Edie’s children; Robert (Billi) and family of Pincher Creek, Sandra Lowe and family of Edmonton, Susan (Tracy) and family of Lethbridge, sisters in law; Kitty and Emily Yorgason, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

MRS. YUK LIEN CHAN, beloved wife of the late Mr. Chak Ming Chan, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, September 10, 2007 at the age of 81 years. She is survived by her daughter Rebecca (Ruben) Loo and their children Leo (Sui), Yolanda and Michael, son Victor (Jenny) and their children Michelle, Alex and Albert, son Tony from Hong Kong and daughter Anna (Sunny) Mak and their son Melvin.

MRS. YVONNE KIM KALINSKY, beloved wife of Mr. Glen Kalinsky, passed away at the St. Michael’s Health Centre, Palliative Care on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at the age of 55 years. Besides her loving husband Glen, she is survived by her son Kevin. A Graveside Service will be held at the COALDALE COMMUNITY CEMETERY on Friday, April 25, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Bruce Martin officiating. A Memorial Service will be held at the FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, 1614 -5th Avenue South, Lethbridge on Friday, April 25, 2008 at 3:00 P.

MRS. YVONNE M. WEHLAGE, beloved wife of the late Mr. Edwin J. Wehlage of Lethbridge, formerly Milk River, passed away at home on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at the age of 90 years. Yvonne is lovingly remembered by her children; Annella of Lethbridge, Charlotte (Paul) Blust of Milk River and their children Stacy (Aaron) Skretting, Adam (Lea), Michael, and Warren; Eugene (Donna) of Coaldale and their children, Corbyn (Dalyce), Landon (Courtney), and Logan; Donald (Mary-Ann) of Cuba, New York, USA and their children Kimberley Thompson and Colin (Marlese) Thompson; Bernadette (Joe) Michielsen of Coaldale and their children Melissa and John; and seven great grandchildren; Evan Blust, Jacob, Paul and Anna Skretting, Vaughn Thompson, Boston and Chloe Wehlage.
