WILLIAM PATRICK, beloved son of Danielle & Sebastien Cailliau of Enchant, was stillborn on Thursday, January 17, 2008 at the Chinook Regional Hospital. Besides his parents, William is survived by his sister Theresa Rose Marie Cailliau and his brother Alexander John Cailliau of Enchant. He is also survived by his grandparents John & Giselle Cailliau of Enchant and Patrick & Donna Gilham of Red Deer, uncles David Cailliau of Calgary, Michael Gilham of Rocky Mountain House, Zachary Gilham of Red Deer, Jonah Gilham of Red Deer and Christopher Gilham of Red Deer and aunties Chelsea Gilham of Calgary and Kaley Gilham of Red Deer.

MR. DOUG STRAIN, beloved husband of Mrs. Clara Strain of Lethbridge, AB formerly of Foremost, AB, passed away peacefully at the St. Therese Villa on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at the age of 96 years. Besides his loving wife Clara, he is survived by his children; Lloyd (Alice) Strain of Foremost, Maryllyn (Bernard) Miller of Milk River, Dwain (Deceased), Brian Strain (Norah Fleming) of Lethbridge, stepchildren; Marlene (Roy) Ermter of Coaldale, Dwayne Urban of Lethbridge, and Sheila (Bruce) of Cardston.

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of WILLIAM ELDON DICKEY on June 20, 2014. Born Nov. 6, 1921 in Nokomis, SK, he enjoyed a long a rewarding career in pharmacy in Calgary, AB. He was known as the traveling druggist in Alberta as he enjoyed many years of doing relief work throughout the province. A life long member of the Masons and OES, he also had great pleasure doing volunteer work and playing tour guide to many visitors to our country.

MR. WILLIAM "BILL" FRANCISCUS PLOMP, beloved husband of Mrs. Dolores Plomp, of Picture Butte, AB., formerly of Nobleford, AB., passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, June 6, 2014 at the age of 90 years. Bill was born to Frank and Lillian Plomp in Monarch, AB., on March 14, 1924. He had many talents which he acquired throughout the years working in several different areas, before starting with Noble Cultivators, where he was employed for 46 years.

WILLIAM (BILL) JACOBUS PARADIS, beloved husband of Annie Paradis, passed away at Raymond, AB., on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at the age of 86 years. Besides his loving wife Annie, Bill is survived by his children; Will (Ruth) Paradis, John (Arlene) Paradis, Rita Paradis, Raymond (Lilian) Paradis, Jim (Tammy) Paradis, Susan (Dwayne) Kanten, Cindy (Andy) Vandermeer, Nancy (Gene) Boisson, and Roy (Marie) Paradis. Bill is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

WILLIAM JAY SNOW

Snow, William Jay, beloved husband of Jessie of Milk River, ‘slipped the surly bonds of earth’ on February 28, 2009 at the age of 87 years. In the quiet of night Jay received his final call and rode his last trail. Jay was born April 07, 1921 in Lethbridge, Alberta and raised in Raymond until the family moved to Milk River. When WW II was declared Jay immediately enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force, where he trained as a pilot and eventually saw service as an air gunner because of his keen eye and target skills.

WILLIAM CLARENCE KNOX, beloved husband of Anna Knox, passed away at the St. Michael’s Health Centre, on Thursday, March 28, 2009 at the age of 92 years. Besides his loving wife Anna, William is survived by his son Gary Knox and grandson Patrick Knox. William’s family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. X. Van Der Poll and all of the nurses and staff at St. Michael’s Fraser House.

WILLIAM “BILL” LAWSON, beloved husband of 60 years to Mrs. Eileen Lawson of Lethbridge passed into eternity at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 19, 2012 at the age of 93 years. “Absent from the body, but present with the Lord” (2Cor. 5:8) Besides his loving wife, Bill is survived by four sons; Ian (Connie) Lawson of Lethbridge, Andrew Lawson of Edmonton, Paul Lawson of Cranbrook, BC and Stephen (Lesley) Lawson of Abbotsford, BC; 14 grandchildren, Adam (Krista), Rebekah (Dwaine) Giesbrecht, Benjamin (Kristen), Rachel (Ryan) Buhr, Ruth Ann, Josiah, Aaron, Zachary, Hannah, Chelsea, Michelle, Kristy (Arin) Kuik, Julie and Carey Lawson as well as 10 great grandchildren.

WILLIAM NASON

WILLIAM NASON, of Lethbridge, passed away at St. Therese Villa on Monday, March 4, 2013 at the age of 82 years. William Nason was born in Saint John, New Brunswick on July 11th 1930. He came from a family of three brothers and two sisters. He is survived by seven children; Shivoughon, Bill, Steve, Mike, Jim, Earl, Ron, as well as his two sisters, Dot and Gloria. He moved to Lethbridge in 2006 and continued his antiquing hobby.
