MRS. DORIS MARY WEATHERHEAD, beloved wife of the late Kenneth Weatherhead passed away peacefully in Lethbridge on August 22, 2013 at the age of 93. Doris is survived by her children, Steve (Barb) Weatherhead, Wendy Kast, Christina McLean, and Linda Malik; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She is also survived by her brother Alroy (Annabelle) Travis and sister-in-law Dorothy Weatherhead. Doris was predeceased by her parents, husband Kenneth in 1989, son Ross in 1990, son-in-law Merlyn Kast, brother Clarence Travis, sister Charlotte (Mabel) Galicano and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law.

CLAUDE GRANT WEBB, beloved husband of Shirley Webb, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, April 6, 2015 at the age of 83 years. Cremation entrusted to Cornerstone Funeral Home. A Private Family Burial will be held at a later date in Tillsonburg, Ontario.

DAWN ELIZABETH WEBER (nee Martin), of Fort McMurray, beloved wife of Thomas Weber, passed away at the St. Michael's Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at the age of 67 years. Her surviving family members include her husband Tom Weber, hers sons Tom Weber Jr and Sean Weber, her grandchildren Cassandra, Jackson and Isabella. Her siblings Phil Paquette, Georgia Otway and Richard Martin. She was born to Real Martin and Catherine Martin on December 24, 1948.

ANDREW WEERSTRA: May 15, 1931 - September 23, 2015, passed away in his sleep at the Edith Cavell Care Center having lived an extraordinary, experiential life. Andrew was born on the family farm east of Granum Alberta, the youngest of 5 children to Granum Pioneers Ranze and Tjitske Weerstra. He was predeceased by his wife Norma, his daughter Barbara Clay and Brothers Joe and Roy Weerstra. He leaves to mourn and celebrate his life, his children Wendy Weerstra (Cochrane) and Donna Weerstra (Oryst Kowal) of Calgary and his son John Weerstra (Sylvia) of Bragg Creek, two sisters Jenny deClearq (Calgary) and Johanna Mackintosh (Claresholm), the mother of his children Isobel Gossel (Calgary) his step children, Allan, Mike, Terry Mayderof Calgary and Wendy Huppe of Bragg Creek.

JAMES (JIM) FREDERICK WEILER, beloved husband of Cheryl Weiler of Lethbridge, was taken from us suddenly on January 21, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife Cheryl of 43 years, daughter Sheri (Paul Tichler) and their sons Christian (CJ) and Bradlee, son Vince (Heather) and their sons Robbie and Joey and mother Juliet Weiler all of Lethbridge; sister Marilynne Tremel of Lethbridge, brother Gerry (Jane) Weiler of Vancouver, B.C., brother David (Cynthia) Weiler of Calgary, sister Betty Weiler of Melbourne, Australia, brother Bill (Maria) Weiler of Lethbridge, sister-in-law Joan Ingoldsby of Lethbridge and many nieces and nephews.

MR. HUGO WEIPPERT, beloved husband of Mrs. Anne Weippert of Lethbridge, passed away at the St. Michael’s Palliative Care Unit after a valiant effort for life on Wednesday, June 15, 2010 at the age of 68 years. Hugo was predeceased by his Father Jakob, brother Daniel, mother Emma and several nieces and nephews. Hugo is survived by his wife Anne, married on July 2, 1966, Sons Lee (Leah) of Lethbridge and Neal.

BEN WEISS, of Lethbridge, passed away at the St. Michael's Health Centre on Monday, December 5, 2016 at the age of 78 years. Arrangements will be announced once completed.

MR. HINDRIK “HENRY” WEISTRA, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Trijntje “Trudy” Weistra, of Lethbridge, passed away at the St. Michael’s Centre, Palliative Care on Thursday, April 13, 2011 at the age of 84 years. He is the loving father of Harry (Linda) of Edmonton, Ed (Vilma) of Barons, Corry (Jesse) Kurtz of Lethbridge, and Rob (Cindi) of Lethbridge. He is the grandfather of seven grandchildren; Lee (Julie Ann) Gladden of Barons, Jennifer Weistra (Rob Johnson) of Lethbridge, Sarah (Mike) Dowsley of Lethbridge, Josh (Chelsey) Kurtz of Coaldale, Megan Weistra of Edmonton, Kayla Weistra of Lethbridge and Benjamin Weistra of Lethbridge.

Brooklyn Wells, beloved son of Mr. Allen Wells Jr. and Mrs. Tamara Tail Feathers of Stand Off, was taken by the Lord before his time on Thursday, March 4, 2010.
