EVERT VELDHUIZEN, beloved husband of Willemyntje "Meiny" Veldhuizen (née Vander Brink) of Lethbridge, passed away at St. Michael's Health Centre - Palliative Care Unit on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the age of 85 years. Evert is survived by his loving children, Jennie (Gill) Hakze of Lethbridge, Willy (Wendy) Veldhuizen of Coaldale, Arie Veldhuizen (Rhea Thur) of Lethbridge and Evelyn (Tim) Donkersgoed of Readymade, as well as his ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, son-in-law, Len Rollingson of Lethbridge and numerous relatives in Canada and Holland.

JOHN VAN KEULEN, beloved husband of Jenny Van Keulen, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family on Tuesday, May 30, 2018 at the Chinook Regional Hospital at the age of 80 years. A Memorial Service will be held at MARANATHA CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 260 McGill Blvd. West, Lethbridge, AB on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Paul VanStralen officiating. John will be laid to rest at a Private Family Interment at Mountain View Cemetery.

ARTHUR "ART" CORNELIUS VAN PELT, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the age of 83 years. Art is survived by his loving children, James (Jan) Van Pelt of Strathmore, John (Stephanie) Van Pelt of Lethbridge, Richard (Bernice) Van Pelt of Lethbridge and Patricia (Jeremy) Lane of Crowsnest Pass, as well as his 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

JOHN VANDER HEYDEN, beloved husband of Mary Vander Heyden, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the age of 85 years. John was born September 12, 1932 in Gemert, Netherlands. The second son of Leonardus and Hendrica van der Heijden, John was raised on a farm in Holland with his six brothers and three sisters. Of these, he is predeceased by his parents, his brothers Leo, Piet, and Martien, and his sisters Diny and Christine, whose spouses Tiny, Leentje, Wim, and Theo, are still with us.

Bess was predeceased by her parents Bindert and Tina DeHaan. Also, predeceased by her in-laws Gerrard and Ybeltje Vander Wal, brother in-laws Bert Vander Wal, John Vander Wal, Henry Vander Wal, sisters-in-law Lena Koiter and Ann Vander Wal.

She will also be remembered by her grandson Mitchell (Kristie) Vanderleest and their children Austin and Jayden of Sooke, BC; granddaughter Roslyn Vanderleest (Justin Clark) and their children Logan, Tysen, Benjamin, and Mia of Sooke, BC; grandson Kyle (Tracy) Konynenbelt of Nobleford and granddaughter Denae Konynenbelt of Toronto.

She is the loving mother of Linda Murray of Red Deer, Wendy (Lorne) Stayko of Edmonton and Karen (Ross) McPhillips of Bow Island as well as 14 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Ben was predeceased by his parents, Antonius and Gerada; brothers, Father Sylvester, Mike and Martin; sisters, Gerada Vredegoor and Dinni Berns; sister-in-law, Mary Vredegoor and his brothers-in-law, Ted Berns and Tony Raats.
