VALLERIE WATTS February 14, 1951 - October 4, 2009 Val was called home suddenly but peacefully on Sunday, October 4, 2009. She is survived by her loving son, Brien Watts, and many nieces and nephews. Val was predeceased by her sister, Laverne Schow, her brother, Brien Watts, and parents, Leland and Pauline Watts. She was a wonderful mother that supported her son Brien in all of his endeavors. Besides her son, family and friends were very dear to her and she held them close to her heart.

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our beloved husband, father and grandfather, CONRAD (COENRADUS WILHELMUS) VAN BUUREN, who passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, May 3, 2010 at the Chinook Regional Hospital at the age of 76 years. Conrad was born in Coalhurst, AB, on August 8, 1933. He was the fourth of 6 children born to William Van Buuren and Johanna VandeKamp. In 1951 Conrad met the love of his life, Louisa Boeckx, whom he married on December 4, 1954.

AUDREY VAN DYK, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2013 at the age of 75 years, after a lengthy and valiant fight with cancer that began 28 years ago. Her bravery, courage, strong will to live, unwavering faith in God, the love and prayers of family, friends, and many supporters carried her through until her fight became too much to bear. Mom was born on August 11, 1937 in Ridderkerk, Holland, the youngest of 4 children.

MRS. GRACE VAN DYK beloved wife of Mr. Jake Van Dyk of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, January 18, 2010 at the age of 74 years. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive south, Lethbridge, AB. on January 21st, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. A Funeral Service will be held at ST.ANDREWS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 1818 5th Avenue south, Lethbridge, AB.

MR. JAKE VAN DYK, passed away with his children, grandchild and sister by his side at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at the age of 82. Jake is survived by his children, daughters, Shirley Forth (Steve Walton) Marilyn van Dyk (Steve Emberly) and son Tony van Dyk (Faith McDermott) and special nephew Ed (Vilma) Weistra. He is also survived by his beautiful grandchildren, Michelle Brau, Mark Forth, Lisa Forth and Glen Forth.

Beloved father, grandfather, sibling and friend, BEN VAN HEES passed away suddenly in his Lethbridge, AB home on July 18, 2011 at the age of 84. Ben is survived by his son David Van Hees (Daryl), her son Jeremy (Alisha) and their son “great grandson” Paxton, of Lethbridge, AB; his daughter Janet Robinson (Marvin) and granddaughter Cheryl (Peter) of Yellowknife, NT; as well as his brothers Fred, John and Derk; sisters Francis and Loucille.

AGNES GRACE VAN HOOZER (nee Arthur), of the Good Samaritan's West Highlands, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, November 4, 2007 at the age of 84 years. A Memorial Service will be held at the UNIVERSITY DRIVE ALLIANCE CHURCH, 55 Columbia Blvd West, Lethbridge on Saturday, November 10, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Scott Dixon officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 210D - 12 'A' Street North, Lethbridge, AB, T1H 2J1 or to the Canadian Cancer Society, 317-10th Street South, Lethbridge, AB, T1J 2M7.

MRS. CATHERINE VAN NIEUWENHUIZEN, beloved wife of Gerrit van Nieuwenhuizen, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2010, after a lengthy illness at the age of 76 years. Catherine is survived by her loving family; husband Gerrit, daughters; Margaret (Terry) Price, Evelyn (Don) Wilson, Ingrid (Ray) Conway, grandkids; Shelly (Chad) Shaw, Susan Price, Jessica (Kevin) Lipari, Bryant Wilson and Courtnee Conway. Also left to mourn are her brother Dick (Koshie) van Ree, her best friends Grad and Annie van Gaal, as well as many other friends and relatives.

ANNIE VAN NISTELROOY ~ March 4, 1929- April 18, 2010 Beloved wife of Gerard Van Nistelrooy of Lethbridge, Alberta, Annie passed away in St. Michael’s Care Centre at the age of 81 after a lengthy illness. Born Antonetta Jacoba Van Hassel in Hertogenbosch, NB, Holland on March 4, 1929, Mom was the second child of eight. Her childhood was disrupted by WWII and the death of both her older sister and mother when Annie was 15.

MS ANN (WIERSMA) VAN SLUYS, passed away in Lethbridge, AB, on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at the age of 77 years. She is the mother of children, Rita (Barlow) Neville, Jack (Trish) Wiersma, Simon (Danelle) Wiersma, Anna (Duncan) Currie; grandchildren, Tracy, Lindsay, Ben, Amy, Mark, Christopher, Robbie, Jamie-Lynn, Kirsten, Jared and Sydney and great grandchildren, Rebecca and Byron. She is also survived by longtime friend Reggie Whiteman; brothers Bill, Case and Bart.
