JOHN LORNE SMITH ‘Tweedy Old Shoes’ of Standoff passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, November 12, 2007 at the age of 47 years. He leaves to mourn his companion at his time of passing Melva Red Crow, Childhood sweetheart and mother of his children Emily Delaney, children Terri, Trishia, Tiffany and Jonathan, Grandchildren Desi and Tasia, Parents John & Holly Old Shoes, Brothers Paul & Clarence, Sisters Cecillia Taylor, Cindy (George), Becky (Rob) Diane (Wayne) Smith and Little sister Kim Healy, adoptive children Tasha & Braeden Red Crow, Uncles Walter (Hilda) Smith, Morris (Betty Ann) Little Wolf, Jim Swag, Gregg (Edwina) Smith, Leonard (Bernice) Old Shoes, Joe (Melva) Old Shoes, Aunties Joyce Old Shoes, Frances Weasel Fat, Nancy (Woodrow) Northman, Karen Smith, Katie (Clifford) Rider, Alice (Fred) Cross Child and God Child Candace Old Shoes.

July 7, 2009 - June 10, 2010 Kaiden Caige was called to be an angel with Great Grandpa Albert Twigg and Great Grandma Eliza Potts on Thursday, June 10, 2010. Kaiden Caige was blessed to Lacey Twigg and Brad Provost and was an earth angel to Barbra and Ray Schow, maternal grandparents; Sandra Twigg (Chris) and Arnold (Bianca) Mountain Horse, paternal grandparents; Theresa Mills and Wesley Provost and sisters; Shataya Twigg, Lynae, Kyra and Tyanna Schow.

It is with deep sorrow and sadness to announce the sudden passing of Layton Twigg, on November 26, 2011 at the young age of 18 years old. Layton was born on August 17, 1993 at Magrath, Alberta. Layton leaves to mourn, his Mother Andrea Twigg, Father Meldon Gros Ventre Boy, Maternal Grandparents Linda and Darryl Three Persons, Andrew (Joann) Twigg. His sisters Mandy (Terrance) Twigg, Neddy (Lyndon) Twigg, Brittany Twigg, Kaycee Twigg, and Megan (Sage) Twigg.

Our beloved SHELDON LEO, KIMBERLEY TARA, LACEY SHANNELLE and BRIELLE RHONDI-LYNN were suddenly taken away from this world and have gone into the presence of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. BRIAN FERGUS TYSON, beloved husband of the late Jill Tyson, passed away in Lethbridge on Monday, March 5th, 2018, at the age of 84 years. Funeral arrangements will be announced once completed.
