TIMOTHY DUNCAN SYMES, beloved husband of Lena Symes, and family are sad to announce his passing at St. Michaels Care Centre in Lethbridge on Friday, April 12, 2013 at the age of 50 years. Tim was predeceased by his father Alan Symes in 1994. He is survived by his wife Lena, daughters Pam Hein (Josh) and Kathryn Hein, grandson William, mother Edna Symes and sister Debbie Symes all of Lethbridge. He is also survived by his niece Melissa Symes, two great nieces Ryley and Austyn of Fort McMurray.

TINA DEGROOT (nee Kingma), dearly loved mother, oma, great-grandmother and friend, went to be with her heavenly Father on January 6, 2008. Tina lived 83 grace-filled years, in the hope and power of the resurrected Christ. Her dear husband Peter died in November 1997. Mom (Oma) leaves a rich legacy of love and Christian commitment. We, her children, Klaaske and Neil deKoning, Rudy and Greta deGroot, Dennis and Jenny deGroot, Ann and John deGelder, Theo and Marie-Anne deGroot, Carol and Arnold Kaemingh, Peter and Rudy deGroot, twenty-nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, will live with the memories of a life well-lived, infused with gentleness, optimism and selfless giving.

TINE (TRYNTJE) KOLK (DONKERSGOED) beloved wife of the late Herman Kolk of Lethbridge, Alberta passed away with great peace and dignity on November 2, 2013 at the beautiful age of 82 years. Tine was a lady of ’true grit’ and quiet faith and lived her life to the fullest. She was born in Holland and immigrated with her family to Canada in 1948. Tine was not a stranger to loss and sisters Janny (Steve), Gerry (Hank) and brother Bert (Dina) left this world before Tine.

JOHN TINORDI, beloved husband of Hilda Tinordi, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the age of 82 years. John will be lovingly remembered by his wife, of 61 years, Hilda, daughter Debbie (Ken Masson), sons Bob (Cindy), Kim (Lori), Don (Toby), along with 7 grandchildren Brett (Eloise), Stacey (Kyle), Chris, Kaylee (Matt), Jennifer (Dustin), Chelsie (Aron), and Tyler; Great-grandchildren Kyndrie, Jase and Blake. Brothers Steve (Jean), Louie (Thea), Frank (Zita), sister-in-law Irene, brother-in-law John Dieser, along with many nieces and nephews.

REYNOLD TIRLING, beloved husband of the late Anna Tirling, passed away at the Coaldale Health Centre on Monday, December 22, 2014 at the age of 90 years. He is lovingly remembered by his children, Omray Curtis of Lethbridge and Eldon Tirling of Victoria, B.C., his grandchildren, Tony (Megan) Curtis of Coaldale, Tara (Kevin) Vucurevich of Lethbridge, Shannon Tirling of Vancouver, B.C. and Chelsey Tirling of Victoria, B.C., and his great-grandchildren Brody and Mackenzie Curtis and Mila and Nikki Vucurevich.

Our beloved husband, father and grandfather, JOSEPH “JOE” TIVADAR, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, after a short, but hard fought battle with AMLeukemia on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at the age of 76 yrs. Joe was born in Hillspring, AB, to Josef and Gisela Tivadar and spent his school years in Glenwood, AB. On September 5, 1959, Joe married the love of his life, DuWayne Nickal Hleucka. They were blessed with three children, Darcy (Marie), Shawn (Candace) and JoLynn (Jason) Meyers, and were doubly blessed with four grandsons, Riley, Tyson, Jayden and Jordan.

KATHERINE TKACHUK, beloved wife of Michael Tkachuk of Lethbridge passed away at the Extendicare Nursing Home on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the age of 90 years. Emily “Win” Tobin, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2012 at the age of 84 at home surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Gerry Tobin, sister to Eric Nicholson, Rosemary Harkins and the mother of Tony (Frances), Angie, Chris (Myreene), John (Susan), Terry (Jackie), Trish (George), Nicky (Brian). Nana to thirteen grandchildren, Noeleen (Michael), Gerard (Carol), Gerard , Danny (Louise), Andrew, Vicki (David), Aaron (Stacy), Kerrie (Dane), Lorianne, Mark, Christine, Mary, and Kevin, ten great grandchildren, Marycora, Joshua, Hannah, Chloe, Matthew, Jack, Jacob, Paul, Anna, and Kai.

ALICE MOLLIE TODD, beloved wife of the late Everett Todd of Lethbridge, AB, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, March 19th, 2013 at the age of 95 years. She is the loving mother of Phyllis Peterson, Leone (John) Reurink and Wayne Todd as well as 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
