MR. STANLEY KENNEDY SPROUL, beloved husband of Mrs. Elizabeth ‘Beth’ Sproul, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, December 3, 2007 at the age of 85 years. Stan was born in Martintown, Ontario and raised and educated in Winnipeg. After working in Winnipeg and Montreal he relocated to Lethbridge in 1967 as Refinery Manager for Canbra Foods. He was a member of McKillop United Church and the Kiwanis Club.

ALOJZY ‘ALEX’ STANO, beloved husband of the late Olga Stano, of Raymond, passed away at the Raymond Health Care Centre on Monday, April 30, 2012 at the age of 91 years. He is survived by son Stanley Thomas Stano, of Pincher Creek, AB, and daughter Wanda (Dave) Nonay, of Legal, AB; eight grandchildren Michelle (Wade) Fraser, Melissa (Guy) Charrois, Jeffery (Coralee) Nonay, Stephanie (Mathew) Kochtubajda, Sarah (Ray) Guerette, Bryan Rehbein, Morgan Stano and Marcie Stano; as well as 10 great-grandchildren; one brother and many nieces & nephews in Poland, as well as two nieces & their families in Lethbridge.

OLGA IRENE STANO, beloved wife of Alojzy Stano of Raymond, passed away at the Prairie Ridge, Good Samaritans, Raymond on Monday, April 9, 2012 at the age of 91 years. Besides her loving husband she is survived by son Stanley Thomas Stano, of Pincher Creek, AB, and daughter Wanda (Dave) Nonay, of Legal, AB; eight grandchildren Michelle (Wade) Fraser, Melissa (Guy) Charrois, Jeffery (Coralee) Nonay, Stephanie (Mathew) Kochtubajda, Sarah (Ray) Guerette, Bryan Rehbein, Morgan Stano and Marcie Stano; as well as 10 great-grandchildren.

ROKO STARCEVIC, beloved husband of Catherine for 55 years, passed away peacefully at home Monday, March 26, 2012. Roko was born October 20, 1927 in Yukoslavia and he and Catherine came to Canada in 1957. Roko was a hard worker at everything he did and loved to share his Bible-based beliefs with others. A Memorial Service to be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012 at the LAKEVIEW KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES, 2822 2 Avenue South, Lethbridge.

We are sad to announce the sudden passing of our wife, mother and friend. DEBBY STEACY passed away with her family by her side on Tuesday, April 22nd in Lethbridge. Debby is survived by her husband Graham, her sons Jim (Brittany) and Sean (Ashley) and her daughter Heather, all of Lethbridge. She is also survived by her parents Art and Shirley Borzel and her brother Andy Borzel, all of Calgary.

We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Graham McMillan Steacy, on Monday, December 12th, 2016. Graham was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Dick Steacy of Saskatoon, and his wife Debby. He is survived by his sons, Jim (Brittany) and Sean (Ashley) of Lethbridge, and his daughter Heather (Mandy) of Victoria. He is also survived by his sister, Miriam Buswell (John) of Borden, and his niece, Kerry Buswell Brown (Dave) of Regina.

LANCE STEELE was born in Nanton, Alberta in 1931, the eldest of three boys and spent his first 11 years on the family ranch in the Basin Valley. After which the Steele family moved to Silverton, B.C. where Lance completed high school. Following a move to Calgary to attend SAIT, Lance met and married his “kindred spirit” Joan Weiers and embarked on a successful 37 year career at TransAlta Utilities (formerly Calgary Power) as a Registered Engineering Technologist.

MARGARET ELIZABETH STEELE, beloved wife of Robert Steele of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Margaret is survived by her loving children, James (Cheryl) Steele of Kamloops, BC, Cathy Steele of Lethbridge, Karen Steele of Calgary and Geoffrey (Christie) Steele of Lethbridge, as well as her five grandchildren, Tyler, Jason, Michael, Christopher and Jaschenka and four great-grandchildren.

DONALD RALPH STEEVESpassed away in Lethbridge on July 19, 2013 at the age of 81, to be reunited with his beloved wife Vivien Ruth Steeves (nee Deal), whom he has missed so much since she had gone on before in March 2007. His absence will be felt by his children Tim (Lorna) of Calgary, Jerry (Melissa) of San Antonio, Texas, Brian (Rachelle) of Lomond, Sheri (Steve) Holwerda of Newton, Iowa and Michele (Curt) Friesen of Okotoks, 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a large extended family.
