FRANK SCHAFFER, passed away on Monday, January 25, 2016 at the age of 80 years, after a long battle with prostate cancer. Frank is survived by his loving wife Judith, their children Gregory (Sally), Douglas (Lisa) and Susan (Denis) Letourneau as well as five grandchildren, Laurel, Claire, Neil, Cole and Ella. He was predeceased by his parents, Mathias and Elizabeth, his sister Katherine (Charles) Lacy and his brothers Mathias, John and Joseph.

ROSIE SCHAMBER of Milk River passed away peacefully at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 1, 2011. Rosie was born on September 2, 1925 in Compeer, Alberta. In 1948 she married Joe Schamber and in 1950 they moved to Milk River to farm and where they raised their five sons. Rosie was a 60 year member of the C.W.L. and a member of the Milk River Royal Purple. In Rosie’s earlier years she loved to curl, was an avid fisherman and a member of the Milk River five pin bowling association for many years.

Left to mourn are his loving wife Mary of 42 years, son Dave (Barb) of Lethbridge, AB, Step-daughter Kathy (Terry) Lunenburg, NS, step-son Kevin (Tracy) Wetaskiwin, AB. Granddaughters Hayley (Lethbridge) and Jennifer (Edmonton), Nephew Jay (Donna) Fiissel of Regina. Step-grandchildren Chantel, Shelby, Lindsay & Calan & 3 great step-grandchildren Briyana, Willem & Casey.

It is with heavy hearts that the family of MARK CORY SCHIKOWSKY announces his sudden passing on Friday, May 11, 2018 after a brief illness, surrounded by his loved ones in Funabashi, Japan. Mark always knew what he wanted and worked hard to get it, and his successes were many. His biggest success, which he was so very proud of, was his beloved wife and children; they were his world.

It is with great sadness that we say good-bye to ANNIE SCHLOTZER, beloved wife of the late Michael Schlotzer. Our mother, grand-mother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years surrounded by her family on Sunday, January 26th 2014 at St. Therese Villa. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Erika (Pete) Bosters and Annemarie (Ed) Thiessen, her grandchildren Kristopher (Leanna) Bosters, Daniel (Heather) Bosters, James and Evan Thiessen and two great grandsons Joshua and Zachary Bosters.

GERD SCHMIDT, beloved husband of Elaine, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the age of 82 years. Along with his wife Elaine, he is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Jennifer (Tim) and Gwendolyn (Mike) and grandchildren, Sierra and Tanner. Gerd will be missed by many including special friends, Dixie and Dominic. Gerd was born in Berlin, Germany on November 24, 1934. He arrived in Canada in 1955 and settled in Chamberlain, Saskatchewan as a farm worker.

MR. JOHNNY SCHNEYDER, beloved husband of Liz Schneyder of Magrath, passed away suddenly at the Raymond Health Centre on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at the age of 78 years. Johnny was born on March 10, 1932. Along with his loving wife of 55 years Johnny is survived by his three children, Cathy (Stan “Butch”) Martens, Johnny (Karen) Schneyder, Debbie (Gerry) Zanoni, brother, Mike (Margaret) Schneyder, five grandchildren, Trevor (Charmaine), Todd, Taylor, Giovanna, Justeena and two great grandchildren Ainsley and Addison.

Agnes was born on August 2, 1929 in Klonowo, West Prussia and moved to Canada in 1953. The passing of Agnes is mourned by her 7 children and their families: Ellen (Walt), Wilfred (Bernie), Werner (Kathy), Harold (Jeanne), Sonya, Ralph (Debbie), Bill, 15 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter, four sisters, 2 brothers, numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a loving and beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
