SANDULAK, TARAS (SANDY) July 26, 1929 - September 6, 2010 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Taras on Monday, September 6, 2010 at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth, son Colin, daughter Christie, sisters Helen (Jim) Young, Pauline Rehbein and brother Sam (Gladys), plus numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Cremation has taken place. A private service to celebrate Sandy’s life will be held at a later date.

SANDY CURRIE, beloved husband of Donna Currie of Diamond City, AB., passed away at the St. Michael’s Palliative Care Center on Monday, February 18, 2013 at the age of 76 years. Sandy was born August 9, 1936 at Central Butte SK to Charles ad Mary Currie. He worked at various jobs before marrying Donna in May 1968 and settling in Lethbridge, Alberta. He owned and operated Currie’s Plumbing and Heating for several years.

SANTA EDNA RUTH SANTA, born on February 25, 1922 in Medicine Hat, AB, has passed away at Legacy Lodge, on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at the age of 93 years. Edna was predeceased by her husband John, daughter Doris-Jean and son Wayne Edmund. She is survived by her daughter Jackie Andrea Santa, son Robert John, daughter Patricia Ruth Smith, as well as five grandchildren. At Edna's request, no formal funeral service will be held.

MRS. BEVERLY SARAFENCHON, beloved wife of George Sarafenchon of Lethbridge, passed away at the St. Michael’s Palliative Care Centre with her family at her side on Monday, July 5, 2010 at the age of 73 years. Beverly is survived by her husband George, son Scott (Tara) Sarafenchon of Calgary, daughter Kami Sarafenchon of Calgary and sister Thelma Lougheed of Moose Jaw, SK. She was predeceased by her parents, Eva and Henry Moody and sister Elva Jackson.

Sarah M., born in Alexandrovsk, Russia on June 5, 1924 passed away peacefully on May 1, 2009. Sarah moved to Canada in 1926 where she married George Hooge in 1943 and resided in the Burdett, Purple Springs and Vauxhall area. In 1966 the family moved to Lethbridge. Following her stroke in 2005 she moved to the Good Samaritans at West Highlands, Lethbridge and lived there until her recent hospitalization. Sarah was predeceased by her husband George in 1984.

SARAH MARIE KATHLEEN WALSH, of Lethbridge passed away peacefully, after a courageous battle with Influenza A, at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at the age of 26 years. She is survived by her loving parents; Cynthia (John) Fleuchaus and Larry (Theresa) Walsh, her caring Sister; Lindsay (Nathan) Walsh, as well as her close friend Scott. She is also survived by her extended family and co-workers at Lethbridge Family Services.

SARAH “TERESA” MONAGHAN, beloved wife of the late Eiver Monaghan, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, December 2nd, 2012 at the age of 86 years. Teresa is survived by her family: Frank (Jane - Emma, Bronagh), Anthony (Karen - Liam, Aidan, Claire), Sean (Stacey - Emily, Niall, Conor), Elizabeth, and Patrick (Tara - Kieran, Grace). She is also survived by two sisters, Adelaide (Jack) Whitehead and May (Albert) McIntosh, and one brother, Hugh McCarthy, as well as their respective families.

SARI DUTCHYSHEN (nee Misak), beloved wife of Don Dutchyshen, of Red Deer, AB., passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital, on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at the age of 75 years. She is survived by her mother in law Pauline Dutchyshen, three brothers Steve (Debbie) Misak of Bluefield, West Virginia, Alex (Ruby) Misak of Lethbridge, AB. and Leslie (Irene) Misak of Calgary, AB. and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Steve and Irma, and her sister Irene.

MIKE SAUER, of Lethbridge, beloved fianc? of Tina Norman, loving father of Alex and cherished son of Linda Sauer, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, September 20th, 2016 at the age of 45 years. Arrangements will be announced once completed.

MRS. ELAINE MARGARET SCHAEFFER, beloved wife of Mr. Frank Schaeffer, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, April 22, 2013 at the age of 66 years. Elaine is also survived by her children; Darren (LeeAnne) Warmuth and their son Adam, of Salmon Arm, BC; Shandele (Darcy) Prince and their children Janessa, Kody and Austin, of Lethbridge, AB. She was predeceased by her parents Ralph and Lillian Entzminger. A Graveside Service will take place at a later date at HILLSIDE CEMETERY in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
