ROSINA "ROSE" STRYKER of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Glen Stryker, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015 at the age of 95 years. Rose was born on February 17, 1920 in Yugoslavia. She immigrated to Canada with her parents and two sisters in 1934 and settled north of Manyberries, AB. She married Glen Stryker in 1947 and settled on a farm south of Orion near Pakowki Lake until retiring in Lethbridge in 1980.

JAMES WALTER SCHURMANN, beloved son of Klaus & Mary Lee Schurmann and cherished brother of Justin (Krista) Schurmann, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, May 8th, 2015 at the age of 28 years. James was a wonderful and loving son, brother, grandson, uncle and cousin. When he smiled, the room lit up. When he loved, it was with his entire being. When he laughed, everyone laughed. In his early years he enjoyed sports; badminton, wrestling, and HOCKEY - oh how he loved his Maple Leafs.

DONNA GAYE STEWART, beloved friend of Dorothy Jace of Raymond, passed away at the Raymond Health Centre on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the age of 60 years. The loss of Donna will be felt deeply by those she knew. Her vibrant energy was spent in her generous, kind, joyful encounters with people and nature. Her talents included teaching, photography and painting. Donna was adventurous and followed her heart, intuition and dreams.

Mrs. Cynthia Rose Squarek (nee Bond), beloved wife of John Edward Squarek, passed away in the St Michael's Palliative Care Unit in Lethbridge on May 9, 2015, after a courageous, hard fought, 9 year battle with lung cancer. Cynthia was born in Coleman, Alberta, on December 25th, 1942, and was married to John on August 23, 1963. Cynthia and John have been married 51 years. Together they had three children, Kimberly-Ann Frances in February, 1967, John Britt in January, 1969 and Jennifer Lynn in August, 1970.

With deep sadness we announce that our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother, HAJNALKA SZILASI, passed away with her family by her side after a short battle with cancer at the age of 61 years. Hajnalka will be lovingly remembered by her husband Lajos, her children R?ka (Dustin), Gergely (Angela) and grandchildren Z?k, Erik, Zoli and Ada. She is also survived by her mother Margit Lakatos (Hungary) and brother Zsolt Lakatos (Hungary).

Clarence was born on July 22nd, 1921 in Gackle, North Dakota to Fred & Lydia Stickel. JESSE SUURD-LIDSTER, beloved husband of Amanda Suurd-Lidster, of Lethbridge, passed away at a young age suddenly at home on Wednesday. April 15, 2015 at the age of 29 years. Besides his loving wife Amanda, he is survived by his six year old son Sean Suurd-Lidster, parents Gerard Lidster and Jean Suurd as well as extended family members. Jesse was liked by all. He loved to laugh and had a wonderful sense of humour.

TIMOTHY ROBERT SEYMOUR, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at the age of 57 years. Timmy is survived by his loving siblings; Gail (Bruce) Cameron of Langley, B.C. (children; Stephanie, Tynisha, Darcy Jr.),Russell "Terry" Ryder of Victoria B.C., Jo-Anne (Dave) Wiswell of Victoria, B.C. (children; Shelby and Baylee), and Dan (Anita) Ryder of Lethbridge, AB. Timmy was predeceased by his parents Norma andEd Ryder, brother Steven Ryderand his birth father Russell Seymour.
