PATRICK LEROY MORNINGSTAR, beloved husband of Irma Morningstar of Lethbridge, passed away at St. Michaels Hospital, Palliative Care Unit on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at the age of 70 years. Besides his loving wife Irma, he is the loving father of Mark (Laurie) and Elaine of Calgary. “Opa” is also survived by his grandsons Tyson, Luke and Spencer. Patrick ‘Pat’ was born on December 28, 1938 at Welland, Ontario. After high school he worked a few years in the construction industry, then enrolled in the Canadian Armed Forces, where he spent 27 years.

Mr. Alexander Thomas Patrick, much loved father of Donette passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday September 20, 2013 at the age of 87. Alex is survived by his loving daughter Donette (Gary) Groves of Diamond City, AB and his grandchildren: Ethan, Carlin, Madisen and Donovan Groves as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his wife Anne, 3 brothers and 6 sisters. Alexander was born on the family farm in Lancer Sask.

Besides her loving husband, Anne is survived by her daughter Donette (Gary) Groves of Diamond City, AB, grandchildren; Ethan, Carlin, Madisen and Donovan Groves, brother Leonard (Ilene) Gross of Bolton, ON as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

RAYMOND ‘PAUL’ BLACKMER, beloved son of Raymond and Joyce Blackmer of Milk River, passed away suddenly near Edmonton on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at the age of 39 years. Besides his loving parents, he is survived by his brother Ken (Vanessa) Blackmer of Milk River, sister Donna (Brent) Peterson of Milk River, 3 nephews and 1 niece, Dustin and Tristan Peterson and Trey and MacKenzie Blackmer.
