NORMAN CLEAVEY NEWBERRY was born February 21, 1951 in Kamloops BC to Robert and Elva Newberry and they resided in Barrier BC. Norman helped at the family sawmill as a young man and the family took great pride in raising and showing horses through 4H and various horse clubs. In 1972 the family decided to take on ranching after the sawmill sold and they purchased the -S- Ranch on Big Bar Road north of Clinton BC.

NORMAN KANA, beloved husband of Isabella Kana of Coaldale, passed away at the Edith Cavell Care Centre on Wednesday, October 1st, 2014 at the age of 82 years. Besides his loving wife Isabella, Norman is survived by his children Rita (Keith) Longacre of Millet, AB, Greg (Brenda) Kana of Calgary, AB, and Rhonda Payne of Lethbridge, AB. He is also survived by two sisters; Edna Webber and Irene (John) Vesley, both of Lethbridge, AB.

NORAH RITA REVENKO, beloved wife of the late Peter Rovenko, of Lethbridge, passed away at the St. Michael's Health Centre on Friday, August 1st, 2014 at the age of 103 years. Rita was the loving mother to Robert (Betty) Revenko of Saskatoon, Sask., Grandmother to Scott (Dallas) Revenko & Lori (Aaron) Ekstrom, & Great-Grandmother to Cole Revenko, Hadley Revenko, Easton Ekstrom & Tyson Ekstrom. Rita was born May 3rd, 1911, she grew up in Strasbourg, a small town in Saskatchewan.

Mah't tsu wah pina - "Man of Honour" - DONALD NO RUNNER returned home to the Creator after 78 years of an exemplary life. He passed peacefully surrounded by family on June 14, 2014, after a long battle with illness. Affectionately known as "Uncle", Don was born July 13, 1935, to Bob and Helen (Oka) No Runner and was the second eldest in a family of seven. Don often reflected on his traditional upbringing and how the harsh reality of Residential school influenced his life.

She is survived by her children Harry (Bev) Nagata and Ken Nagata of Lethbridge and grandchildren Kerry, Kent, Kristine, Lisa and Byron and great grandchild Herson. She is also survived by siblings: Te Hase, Kay (Kiyo) Moriyama and Herb (Gwen) Urano and nieces and nephew Calvin, Janice, Christine and Sherry.

She leaves behind five grandchildren Jason, Jordan, and Scott (Tracy) Nagy, Catherine (Nathan) Dennison, and Nickolaus Hay. She is also survived by sisters Mary (Ed) Davies, Elizabeth Davies, brothers Steve (Brigitta) Tokai, Joe (Shirley) Tokai, as well as many nieces and nephews.
