Merle Dale Baird May 1, 1940 - February 5, 2014. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Merle after a long and arduous journey with Lewy Body Disease. Merle will be lovingly remembered by his family: His wife and soul mate of 25 years, Lorna. His Children and Grandchildren: Lindy Baird (Glenn): Desiree - her children Brody, Talan, Miller; Christi and son Corbin; Gordie and Laura. Alden Baird (Doryce): James (Lisa); Tim (Amber); Cody and children Jarron and Ridge; Kayla; and Tyler.

DIANE MAE MERRITT passed away peacefully, after a brief battle with cancer, at St. Michael's Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit, on Monday, August 13th, 2018 at the age of 75 years. She leaves to mourn her loving husband of 53 years, Michael, her three sons, Kevin (Kathy) of Edmonton, AB, Jeff and Paul, as well as four grandchildren: Jaden (Alexis), Logan (Raven), Chelsea and Piper, all of Lethbridge. She is also lovingly remembered by her sisters, Cathy (Keith) McKellar of Rimbey, AB and Carol (Cliff) Doroshenko of Lethbridge.

ALLISON (AL) MERVYN, of Lethbridge, passed away at St. Michael’s Health Centre, Palliative Care on Monday, October 17, 2011, at the age of 75 years. Al was born in Lethbridge on April 7, 1936 to William and Gladys Mervyn. He resided almost all his life at 3110-6 Avenue South with the exception of a few years in Calgary, Canmore and Didsbury in the Service Station Business. Left to mourn his passing are his wife Jan St.

ALBERT JAMES MESZAROS, beloved husband of the late Elsie Marie Meszaros, of Lethbridge, passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital on Sunday, July 24, 2011 at the age of 88 years. He is the loving father of Ron Meszaros of Three Hills and Brian Meszaros of British Columbia. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Elsie in 2009 and his son Keith in 2007.

MRS. META EVA ZILLA, beloved wife of the late Mr. Gustav Zilla, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at the age of 88 years. Meta is survived by three daughters; Elsie (Simon) Kalau of Lethbridge, Adel Kutzner (Leo Salsman) of Trail, B.C. and Heidi (Kost) Menzak of Lethbridge, nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and nephew Horst (Monica) Zilla of Medicine Hat and his family. She was predeceased by her parents August and Maria, husband Gustav, a sister and a brother.

RONALD BRUCE METCALF, passed away peacefully at the Raymond Health Centre, on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at the age of 66 years. Ron moved to Alberta in 1975 and over the years he lived and worked in various locations. He was a Bricklayer by trade but found work as a Pipefitter, Grader Operator and the last few years as a Boiler Operator and Truck Driver. Ron was a hard worker and made many friendships over the years.

Our beloved husband, father, brother, and grandpa DONALD ROSS MEYER went to meet his Lord and Saviour peacefully after a courageous struggle with kidney disease on January 7, 2014 at the age of 71 years. He leaves behind Marcella, his beloved wife of 49 years, his sons Marlin (Marilyn), children Katarina, Rose, Cody, Leslie, Tanishia, Aaron, Cher, grandchildren Lucas and Brittnie, Kevin (Carleen) children Nathaniel and Josie, and Leighton (Nancy) children Rebecca, Kristin, Allyson, and Hannah.

MICHAEL “MICKEY” EARL BROOKS, beloved husband of Patricia Mary, passed away after a short illness, at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his children Michelle, Valerie (Junji) Kuno, Bruce, Tom (Colleen) and “adopted” son Ron Farrell, as well as 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Mickey was predeceased by eight brothers and sisters, his son Bill, and his great-grandson Jacob Anthony. Mickey’s mom died soon after he was born and his older sister Grace and her husband John O’Hara and family took Dad in and raised him as one of their children on their farm near Writing-On-Stone Park.

MR. MICHAEL ALDOFF SR. beloved husband of Mrs. Marlene Aldoff of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at the age of 78 years. Mike was born in Wayne, AB. On June 16, 1931 and later moved to Coleman where he spent his early youth. At age 15 he travelled north to work in Dawson City, Yukon and began working on a gold dredge , he was also the camp cook.

He is survived by his wife Judi; sons Darren (Roxanne), Jason (Heidi) and Chris; daughter Lori (Kim); brothers Wayne (Rita) and Gerald; grandchildren Mike, Jeff, Justin, Nikko and Hayden.
