FRANK MADGE, husband of Verna, of Milk River, passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital on May 25, 2012, at 93 years of age. He is survived by his children: Larry (Chris) Madge of Milk River, Judy Madge of Calgary, and Marion Madge (O’Brien Tarnasky) of Elkwater; his grandchildren: Lloyd (Erin) Madge, Linda (Stacey) Hunt, Carol (James) Burr, Dale Madge and Mark Madge (Tessa); his great-grandchildren: Janessa and Jeremy Burr, Evan and Bryce Hunt, Liam and Lauren Madge.

BIRTHE MAEGAARD of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at the age of 59 years. Birthe was born in Randers, Denmark on May 12, 1954. In 1956 at the age of 2 years, Birthe, her parents and two siblings immigrated to Canada and came to Lethbridge where she has resided ever since. She is survived by her children Jason, Sonya (Russall) Hunter, Christie Mills (Michael Jose) and her grandchildren.

MAGDA PATTERN (nee Jensen), beloved wife of the late Bill Pattern, passed away at West Highlands Good Samaritans in Lethbridge, Alberta on August 27, 2009 at the age of eighty-nine years. She is the loving mother of Linda (Barry) Horner of Lethbridge, AB. and Barbara (Glenn) Rampton of Bradford, Ont. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Jennifer Horner (Paul Zabkar), Chris (Jasmine) Horner, Richard (Connie) Rampton, Marla (Jason) Maxey and Sherene Rampton and by seven great-grandchildren.

MARGARET ‘MAGGIE’ HORAK, beloved wife of the late Frank Horak, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at the age of 96 years. She is survived by her children; Edward (Wilma) of Lethbridge and Allen (Pam) of Kelowna, B.C., grandchildren; Ed (Kim), Michael, Trixie (Tom) Sylvester of Kelowna, B.C., Todd (Cindy) of Kelowna, B.C. as well as 6 great grandchildren; Michael & Kiara, Tyler, Alyssa & Arianna and Tiffany.

MRS. EMMA MAGNUSSON of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Johnnie Magnusson, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. 105 Years Young! Emma is lovingly remembered by her daughters Aldis (Al) Willis of Lethbridge and Arlene (Larry) McCook of Calgary, 5 grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. As per Emma's wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.

MR. HERBERT MAHE of Lethbridge passed away at the St. Therese Villa on Friday, April 2, 2010 at the age of 93 years. Herb was born in Cranbrook B.C to Louis and Marie Mahe (Fichant) and then raised in Lethbridge. Herb is survived by his daughters Randi Lee (Morley) Richardson and Mary Ellen Ramias. He is also survived by grandchildren Mark Ramias and his children Brett, Brock and Troy; Michelle (Kevin) Drader and their children Danielle and Bailey; Jamie (Kristy) Richardson and their daughter Katherine; Darcy (Teresa) Richardson.

She was permitted to be in the loving arms of her father and mother, Josh & Heidi, for 3.5 hours before peacefully entering into the loving arms of her heavenly Father. “But when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.” 1 Corinthians 13:10 We will celebrate her short life on earth and the life she is living now. The funeral service will be held at the TRINITY REFORMED CHURCH, 1100 - 40 Ave.

She is survived by one daughter Sharon Hamilton (Andrew Jarvie), one son Terry (Penny) Makus, one sister Vonda Ericksen, six sister- in -laws Gay Ericksen, Mary Ericksen, Ruth (Fred) Fauser, Tina Kramer, Melita Makus, Cathline Makus, one grandson Rodney Makus, one great granddaughter Mryssa and numerous nieces & nephews.

ANNA MAY MALCHOW, beloved wife and soul mate of Harold "Fritz", passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at the age of 94 years. Anna was born on August 13, 1921, the youngest child of Kitty Macdonald and Amos Eaton. She is survived by her children, Larry (Virginia), Katherine (Maria), Keith, Harry and Rod (Cynthia). Anna is predeceased by her siblings Mona Yorgason and Jack Eaton. Mom's career was her family.

HAROLD "FRITZ" MALCHOW passed away peacefully and returned to his beloved wife Anna May, one day shy of their 75th wedding anniversary. He is lovingly remembered by his children, Larry (Virginia), Harry, Katherine (Maria) and Rod (Cynthia), his brother Jack, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Fritz was born on the Malchow pioneer family farm in Stavely, Alberta to Fred and Linnie Malchow. He always had a strong work ethic which began at a young age, working hard on the farm.
