MILLER CHRISTINA MILLER, beloved wife of the late Leo Miller, passed away at St. Therese Villa in Lethbridge on Wednesday, August 31st, 2016 at the age of 93 years. She is the loving mother of Lorena (Graham) Kelly of Medicine Hat, Bernadette (Kaz) Banbur, Ron (Peggy) Miller, Rita (Steve) Anderson, Dorothy (Randall) McPhee, Bill Miller, Cathy (Al) Kope and Glen (Brenda) Miller, all of Lethbridge. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.

Vilo LAREE Mowers (Adams), of Coaldale passed away peacefully at the St. Michaels Palliative Care Centre on Sunday July 17, 2016 at the age of 75 years. She is lovingly remembered by her children: Stephen (Debra) Mowers of Medicine Hat and AvaMay (Bill) Marlow of Airdrie. She is also survived by her grandchildren Justin (Danielle) Mowers, Jolayne (Nikolas) Miller; Jodi Mowers; as well as Logan and Layne Marlow. Special extended family near and far; many old and new friends, who were very near and dear to her, and so many wonderful memories of years gone by were reminisced heartfully with many smiles and laughter over the past short months since her illness.

RICHARD MILLS, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, July 4, 2016 at the age of 56 years. CHARLOTTE LEONA MCINNIS, of Coaldale, AB. passed away peacefully on June 29, 2016 at the age of 89 years. Charlotte is lovingly remembered by her daughter Sandra Allen and granddaughter Michelle Lee Inkster, son Randy McInnis and granddaughter Jamie Elaine McInnis, adopted daughter Shirley Goertzen, her sister Lu Carter, many nieces, nephews and friends as well as special friends, Leeann Johnson and Shawnee Big Bull; her very special families, Mike and Louise Evaschesen and their daughter, Jaclyn (Wayne) Warkentin, son Walker, daughter Donalee (Dave Sharratt and children Emily and Ryder), as well as Darrel Horrock, Bobby Gleiche and his sister Barbara.

WALLACE "WALLY" MAGUIRE, beloved husband of Jean Maguire, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge on May 10th, 2016 at the age of 86 years. He was the loving father of Holly (Ted) Allen of Calgary, Patrick (Shawna) Maguire of Houston, and Robert Maguire of Regina. Wally was also the much-loved grandfather of Katie and Sean Allen, Chantel, Riley and Kaylie Maguire. Wally is also survived by his two brothers Douglas (Tory) Maguire and Wayne (Patricia) Maguire, along with numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and dear friends.

PETER JOHN MARTENS, beloved husband of Helen "Lena" Martens of Coaldale, AB, passed away at the Sunny South Lodge on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at the age of 103 years. Along with his wife Lena, he is lovingly remembered by his children, Bill (Jean) Martens, Carol (Dave) Dancoisne and Candice (Fred) Nicoll; grandchildren, Cindy Pahara, Clint (Dawn) Pahara, Tami (Todd) Otteson, Corey Martens, Robin (Greg) Justice, Josh (Glenda) Martens, Nikole (Tony) Alvarez, Mark (Amy) Jones, Michelle (Desmond) Murphy, Shawn Dancoisne and Jason (Lisa) Dancoisne; and 16 great-grandchildren.

MICKEY MORIYAMA, beloved husband of Jackie Moriyama, of Lethbridge, AB passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the age of 84 years. Along with his wife Jackie, he is lovingly remembered by his sister, Alice (Doug) Kamatoma of Raymond as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mickey was predeceased by his uncles, Tak and Shigeo "Shin" Takahashi. Mickey was born September 20, 1931 in Raymond, Alberta.

ARTHUR ROBERT MOLINE, beloved husband of Lena Moline, of Lethbridge, AB passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Friday, May 13, 2016 at the age of 90 years. Along with his wife Lena, he is lovingly remembered by his two daughters; Sandra (John) Wickend and Linda (Sandy) Stevens and one daughter in law, Michaeleen "Michie" Moline all of Lethbridge, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; two brothers Keith (Chris) Moline, Ernie (Betty) Moline, three sisters, Blanche (Lorne) McLeod, Margaret Schwartz, Barbara Boisclaire, two sisters in law, Marilyn Moline and Anne Moline, and numerous nieces and nephews.

PHYLLIS "PHYL" MANTLER, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the age of 83 years. A Memorial Reception will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 - Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, on Tuesday, April 5th, 2016, from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. Words of Remembrance will be presented at 2:30 P.M. In memory of Phyl, contributions may be made to the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation, 960-19 Street South, Lethbridge, AB.

PETRUS "PIERRE" MAASAKKERS, beloved husband of Gayle Maasakkers, of Lethbridge, passed away at the St. Michael's Health Centre - Palliative Care Unit, on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the age of 71 years. He was born on October 7, 1944 in Gemert, Netherlands to John and Antonia Maasakkers. When he was nine, his family left their home in Holland and sailed to Canada, where they lived in Raymond and High River but ended up calling Spring Coulee home.
