KOVACS, JOHN

JOHN KOVACS, beloved husband of the late Jolane Kovacs of Coaldale, passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the Coaldale Health Centre on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at the age of 89 years. He was the loving father of Jolane (Fred) of Osoyoos, B.C.; John (Susan) of Calgary and their sons Matthew and Jesse; Kenneth (Beverly) of Calgary and their children Chelsea, Sydney and Adam; Donald (Debbie) of Lethbridge and their daughter Marina.

ALEX KOWAL, of Lethbridge, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2009 at the age of 58 years. Alex was born in Lethbridge, AB. on March 18, 1951 and had resided around this area all of his life. He had made a lot of friends in the trucking business during his hauls around the country. He is survived by his special and best friend, Blanche Pelletier and his sisters Lydia Carmen, Donna (Doug) Burrows, and Nina (Brian) Humphries; sister-in-law Mary Kowal, and numerous nieces and nephews.

With absolute heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our mother, SHARON ELAINE KRISTJANSON, of Lethbridge, Alberta, on Wednesday, April 27th, 2016, at the young age of 54 years. Sharon is faithfully remembered by her children; Mallory, Kellon, and Brianna of Lethbridge, and her beloved grandson, Lucas Jordan. Sharon is also survived by her father, John Bodnaruk, brothers, Brian (Beatrice) and David Bodnaruk, as well as many special nieces and nephews.

FRED KROKOSH died March 1st at the age of 82. His precious wife Josephine passed away eight months earlier and although he will be dearly missed by his family, he was ready to go home to her. Fred is survived by his sons Gregory (Christine), Geoffrey (Monique), Rodney, and his daughter Brenda. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Angela (Matt), Nicholas, Michael, Joanna, and Jillian and one great-grandchild, Zachary. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Anna Kambeitz and brother-in-laws George (Phyllis) Kambeitz and Leonard (Elvena) Kambeitz, his sister-in-laws Shirley Whitney and Eileen Kambeitz, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
