BETEGH Joseph Gabor Betegh May 15, 1942 - September 28, 2009 Resident of Lethbridge, AB. Joseph died unexpectedly after recovering from a heart attack; though he battled diabetes for a number of years. He was born in Felsovadasz Hungary to Zsofia Vladar and Pal Betegh. Joe was the youngest of three with two older sisters Gizella (Ducsai deceased) and Jolan Ducsai. He attended Mikoviny Samuel Banyaipari Technikum in Miskolc and graduated in Mining Engineering.

MR. JOSEPH D. HOFER, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Susanna Hofer (December 28, 2004) of Ridgeland Colony, Hussar, AB, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at the age of 85 years. He is survived by 3 children; Susie (Paul) Entz, Anna (William) Entz and Joseph Hofer, 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren of Alberta, 2 sisters and 1 brother all in Montana. He was predeceased by his daughter-in-law Rene Hofer (November 11, 2007), 5 sisters and 3 brothers.

Besides his loving wife Diane, he is the father of Michelle (Del) Nikoleychuk and Karen Bottomley; grandson, Chad Nikoleychuk. He is also survived by: two brothers, six sisters and their families. JOSEPH RICHARD HACZKEWICZ was born on June 10, 1936 in Dobrowody, SK. “Joe” to his family and friends will be lovingly remembered as a man who loved his family, friends, church, baseball and Hawaii. Prior to his parting, he had planned his 40th trip to Hawaii for the New Year.

VAN RIJN JOE (JOSEPH MARIE WILLIAM) 1948 - 2013, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the age of 64 years. Beloved husband of Marja, brother to Martha, George, Tom, Barb, Sinky, John, Paul, Nick, Hank, Andy, Jack and their families, as well as father-in-law John. Joe was born on December 27, 1948 in De Kwakel, Netherlands. He loved to travel and revisited his Dutch roots on many occasions.

JOSEPHINE GIOLO, beloved wife of Jack Giolo, passed away peacefully at the St. Michael’s Health Centre, Palliative Care, Lethbridge on Wednesday, October 27, 2007. Josephine was born on June 11, 1930 in Burmis, Alberta to Mike and Theresa Yakubic. She was predeceased by one of her two sons, Michael, both of her brothers and three of her seven sisters.
